tea parties and rainbow cakes

Ergh, I Can’t sleep well at the moment too busy buzzing around in my brain, stupid essays.. Any thoughts on ways to make me sleepy aside from the usual, like warm milk or sleeping aids might just sit and watch house till I fall asleep or maybe that will make me stay awake. Hmm might try some warm milk, damn my active brain can’t it just go switch off now and let me sleep. Night night at least I hope I can get some sleep xx
