Welll HOWDY there… I haven’t written on here in ages and ages.
Seems things have just been abit chaotic with uni and home and stuff.
But I had a good christmas and a quiet new year which makes a change actually and it was pretty nice. Hmmmmmm, I have missed going to the hairdressers so much but TODAY I finally managed to go and get my hair cut after goodness knows how long.
I have also decided that I may do some more uni work in the morning, but in the afternoon I am going to have a baking afternoon and make pretty fancy cupcakes don’t worry photos will follow hehe. my aim is for white chocolate cupcakes fingers crossed they will turn out alright, I got a fair bit of baking stuff for christmas so I want to try it all out I made a christmas cake and gingerbread cookies for christmas last year ( that sounds weird saying that)
hmmm prehaps a white chocolate vanilla and lemon frosting… that could be nice I suppose its all trial and error isn’t it.
Hmmmm the boyfriend is cooking me quorn stir fry for dinner tonight nom nom nom… then in return I will bake nummy cupcakes , which I can now decorate with jelly beans as my lovely boyfriend as just found vegetarian jellybeans in his cuboard yayyy =]
sometimes being a veggie is hard work.
Anyways I am going to go enjoy some rubbish easy watching tv
